Warrior's Dawn is an extra chapter of Claymore manga written by Yagi Norihiro, it's only 8 pages long and it was published right after chapter 125 of the main series. For some reason it wasn't even included in a volume release.

There's nothing really important happening here, just a scene from a past long forgotten in the Claymore universe. We get to see Isley, Rigaldo and Duff from the time when they worked for the Organisation, then a cute Claymore girl appears to seal the deal.

Throughout the manga the mangaka didn't really explore or dive deeply into the male era which was generations behind the age of the female Claymores. Seeing one scene where Isley, Dauf and Rigardo were chatting in their claymore lives, during which the organization had started to develop female claymores, was nice compared to seeing them in different factions later on. What hit me hardest in this chapter though, was seeing Riful (seemingly the first female Claymore at the time), meeting Duff for the first time, the later which seemed to have fallen for her. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that they were ...

Mixed Feelings
They recommended this manga to me because they say it reminds me of berserk and the line really looks similar to Miura's but as in this one-shot there isn't any fight or something like that, I can't say if the lines in fights would be good or not. I as a person who hasn't read or watched Claymore's anime or manga, I say I liked this one-shot but it doesn't have anything very impressive for me.

It was hard for me to find where to read this one-shot online so I'll leave the link I found to read it in English here.
