My mother once said, "There is nothing more precious than family". I never knew what she meant in my childhood but after having many events in my life that leads to many disappointing results, it really hits me home what she meant by that little phrase. Nijiiro Photograph is a story that starts with someone who is gloomy that changes her very personality in every time she spends with her family. The story starts from when she met with a girl named Sara who is a relative of her (her parent's friend's child) that will be living on the same roof with Aoi and Satsuki, ...

Mixed Feelings
Preliminary (13/20 eps)
It's a fluffy, guiltless slice of life story that won't turn heads and change lives, but it may very well perk up your day. Perhaps my biggest issue with it is that it doesn't really culminate to say something interesting or fascinating about life. Nijiiro Photograph captures the good of reality and little of the bad. Not that there's anything wrong with that. There will always be a place for such kinds of stories. It's just that without pushing for stronger narrative threads to pull the heartstrings and incite some thought into our world and society, it remains an entertainingly cute but otherwise unremarkable work. ...
