A manga based around a rich character that thinks of themself as the 'protagonist', wants to get with the heroine (a girl that can sometimes be an airhead but is into manga/anime) and her friends (side characters) around her that the protagonist has to also deal with and to avoid dealing with his fiancee that is picked for him. It's an 'interesting' dynamic that intrigued me.

Edit now that read all 13 (11 not counting the 5.5 and 11.5 chapters) than 9 chapters. The fan translation took a bit to finish the last few chapters. So updated my review having seen the ending. So spoilers for
...
that at the second last line.
The series while fan translation has now finished (got only 13 chapters while Danchigai the mangaka's main series ended with 100s which is also a good read) is still an interesting time.

Continued:
While I thought the protagonist, heroine, side character and so on mentioning in the main character's head would get annoying and the scenes that change to how he sees things not happening to him could be over done I didn't mind it really. It kind of works. The self awareness is the charm in this series.
Besides the Mitsuki Danchigai cameo (twice 5.5 and 11.5) in a certain chapter too (chapter 5.5 which was nice whether to boost this one's awareness or whatever the case, as a fan of Danchigai and also finished that teenage family series it was cool to see for 2 chapters I like Mitsuki so it was worth it) the rest is just the 'protagonist' that wants to be the protagonist and get closer to the heroine, getting used to that he is rich and the family have high expectations but that he mostly thinks he is the protagonist, NOT a side character and so on in his own head and wants things to happen to him than the others around him that have things happen instead. Which without having seen/read manga or anime (I would assume movies and TV series of course that are 'sophisticated media') because it's seen as stuff for commoners is kind of odd but it's not to be taken that seriously at that part I guess.
The fiancee part is later in the chapters but does play somewhat of a purpose but I won't go into it much as I haven't read past chapter 9 and they introduce them around chapter 7 or 8 besides that of course that would be spoilers what happens there.
If you can take the mention of the terms in the protagonist's head every so often, some pretty alright slice of lice/friendship and the protagonist ditching situations every so often when something doesn't go their way (can be funny at times) then you'll probably enjoy this.
The ending was not what I was expecting and expected better with a fake out but it's nothing more than some 'we are friends reveal secret and have some acting of 'I'll be the villain, the heroine's friend saves them kind of thing'. It works but I expected a 'goes along with it then works it out later so that friend with secret gets the girl but nope that's too long term and not immediate or as impactful I guess'. Many of these arranged marriage save the girl kind of stories seem to do this though.
I only found around 9 chapters from sources at first when I checked but there is two volumes and 13 chapters. But it wasn't concluded even for being cancelled according to the discussions on MAL so if your fine not seeing the ending go for it.
