Both Koizora and Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu are dramatic stories. They both involve tragedies such as the boy force to saying goodbye to the one he love.

it has d same atmosphere,a plain girl who entered high school, unexpectedly fall for someone they thought they never will, and the pain of being heartbroken and so on.

Both are really tragic romance manga. In both manga, the main girl has been raped, which leads to similar events. The main guy is there to help them. Both manga have this bittersweet feel to them.

Koizora and Sand Chronicles are both mangas about a girl thinking she will stay with the guy forever, but she then must make a heart wrenching decision, which will end up hurting both either way. Two VERY DRAMATIC reads, and very satisfying for a day when you just feel like doing nothing but read sob stories.

Its about a girl who met a guy and they fell in love, they fall in love but break up and the guy ends up playing with other girls. Very related in some ways. Very sad!

both mangas are about sweet and tragic, slice of life love story.. in both mangas guys have health problems and have counted days. But their girls don't give up and help them with however they can

Both mangas have a tragic romance theme. Both have a person that has a disease unbeknownst to the love interest, but is soon found out. Both couples separate at one point, but get back together. However, that person's health deteriorates, and it ends tragically. Taiyou no Uta is much more short and lighthearted, whereas Koizora: Setsunai Koimonogatari is much more long and much more mature.

I think the both protagonist have that feeling of saving the person that they like. It is also unique, and they both deal with real life tragedy. It has its own roller coaster rides and page turning to read.

Both girl experience a tragic loss after a break-up from the boy they loved the most without knowing the real reason. The ending is almost similar. It's a story of moving on, and treasuring the moments you have with someone you love and being able to stand up when you lose that someone.

Both are very sad love stories

A sad yet sweet story of romance and grief from both the characters. A high-school love that bears fruit to a child.

Both Koizora and Nana are dramatic stories. The characters in Nana are older-but they go through similar things. The main character in Nana, Nana Komatsu, acts similarly to Mika, the main character of Koizora. They both involve tragedies such as unplanned pregnancy and saying goodbye to the one you love. They're also both two of my favourites. ;)

Life is a bit more extreme than Koizora, but there's a lot of drama and boy trouble. Both are very good reads.

Both have a pregnant teenager, although h20 isn't really focused on this and is "happier".

they have a similar feel to them when reading and both deal with serious issues (with sad and tragic events taking place) and dating experiences
