SimCity/Black&White but as an Isekai Village. This is that "Tensei Slime" wishes to be.
It slowly but steadily delves into village creation from absolute zero with it's complexity using light-hearted presentation with simple art-style.
But don't be discouraged by "light-hearted". Like others I am too sucker for more mature storytelling, but here it just clicks. It's naration Flows from the capital F. I've never had easier time binge-reading.

The best thing about this series is logic behind the world and how it affects MC (Main Character) village-building.
As an Isekai, it introduces races which create different problems in terms of cohibition. Then MC thinks of logic-grounded solution and sometimes ... it fails but not because some random shenanigans, but because if you actually stop and think about new race and how it supposed to live it's everyday life you would come to different solutions.
There are a lot of these "aha!" moments where I was like "hm, yeah, good solution" then it fails and I be like "well of course! Why didn't I think about that before?".

The only reason I set 9/10 because I still feel like something is missing, but there is still so much to explore that I think one day it will be 10/10.

The only bad thing I can say about the series is it's 60-90 chapters. It felt kinda under-paced compared to everything else, but it was still good.
But I also should re-emphasize: it starts really slow paced. So if you can't get into the groove after first ~20 chapters (all chapters are short) - it's probably not for you. Next really big changes are around chapter 90.

I actually read up to chapter 20-something and the manga wasn’t too bad in the beginning when he was setting up his life but one of the main reasons I dropped it was that it turned into this huge harem manga and, I’m not really against those but, I hate it when the female characters become pushy and then the main guy character doesn’t refuse them and just goes with the flow. I can’t stand those. If you don’t really want to be with someone then just say so!! And the women in this one too are all want to have sex with him all ... the time and they actually end up forcing him just about every time. Can’t deal with those types. Basically, I got so frustrated with the characters in this manga that I couldn’t keep reading it.

Quick summary: A manga where an unlucky dude dies on sick bed. When his soul meets god, he asks for his second life to be a farmer to god gives him an all purpose tool and a healthy body for it. After a series of events he created a harem and founded a town, typical Isekai stuffs. Simply put, this manga is another isekai daily slice-of-life manga in a fantasy setting.

First, the art is not very good, I don't mind this very much but I wager it would turn a lot of people off.

Second, this manga tends to tell you the what is happening rather ... then actually showing you what is happening. Without spoiling too much, an example is during one of the biggest moments of the mc's life, he was panicking, how did they show that he was panicking? Not by showing it through his expression, or his interaction with others during the event but by SAYING THAT HE WAS PANICKING. This killed any emotion and impact this event was suppose to have. It also didn't help that the transitions between events were so abrupt that I had to double check if I missed a page or two. It was basically something along the line of "this is a very important moment, anyway moving on."

Third, this "tell don't show" issue also greatly affects the pacing and characters. Characters and events constantly appeared and disappeared through narration without any memorable pay-off. Anything that might be interesting? Narrated. Interesting supporting character? quickly sidelined through narration. Character-developing moments? quickly glossed over through narration. Seriously I'm not exaggerating when I say about 70 - 80% of many chapters are just square/rectangle boxes of narrating stuffs with very few meaningful dialogues mixed in between.

Overall
I feel like I'm reading a report about a story rather then reading the story.
This is one of the few rare cases where if you are still interested in this premise then I would recommend checking the anime adaptation as it's much better.
