Have you seen this chick's legs? She must oil them every day. I was incredibly disappointed that this manga was in black and white unlike Shirow's other hentai. Seska is the type of character my friends on Neopets look up to. She has the 'tude and the BWAHAHAHAHA XD and she wants to impress senpai but she makes a baka and she hits her head against the wall hahaha baka baka baka lol! OMG! He saw her! How embarassing! Baka baka baka XD But she kicks into gear because her father told her to do the thing and she does it! Mwahahaha! So powerful! Noooo!

Besides relying entirely on chibi humor there are extreme amounts of unwarranted notes in the margins and useless world building information that contradicts the childish style, simple story, and paper thin characters that ultimately doesn't make any sense anyway even with the OCD corrections and descriptions provided by the author.
His previous works, Appleseed and Ghost in the Shell, have a great balance of mature levels of seriousness of tone and information and also humor that provides a tolerable experience. You won't find that here.
