Sometimes I see "interesting" manga excerpts on Instagram. The same here and I had to take a look.

A rather unpopular teacher suddenly meets a girl who thinks she knows him. As he doesn't want to damage his reputation any further, he tries to keep her at a distance until she reveals herself to be a monster girl who evolved from an octopus that he once rescued.

The manga "Ano Toki Tasukete Itadaita Monster Musume Desu" is VERY short. Not much happens here yet, but a lot is hinted at. I can't and don't want to say much because otherwise I would spoil it.

I'm always fond of stories featuring a teacher guiding his students, but this manga is not the way to go about it.
Long story short, he raised monsters to become special people, and they evolved into girls who are into him.
Not just lust, but they seek to bring him on the path of success of sorts.

It would have been epic and cool... if the MC didn't have bottom levels of self-confidence.
Usually, this kind of thing isn't an issue, I understand to a fair degree some people have their struggles and challenges.
We all have problems we must overcome, it takes time, and that is forgivable.
