Despite the long, drawn-out manga title we’ve all come to hate, the manga is an insanely fun read.

The characters are all silly and obsessive in one way or another towards the mc—ultimately causing a goofy plot that makes me smile at times. As for the mc, he has his moments of being a cruel, rational person, but he’s also nothing too serious.

I must say, the plot is somehow engaging with minor plot holes here and there; however, it is predictable and cliché, yet it also isn’t off-putting.

Don’t expect an intricate story that has been meticulously built by the author; instead, read it leisurely, ... as that is the approach for this manga.

PS: Each character is surprisingly well-established in the story, with not many being left out and having loose ends.

I stumbled upon this random monthly updating series and gave it a random shot.
The MC is....well...he's lame.

Sure I get he becomes a hero due to unforeseen circumstances, but it's as if he's running away from life itself.
I can tolerate a certain degree of this kind of action, but it's for every single chapter..it can be hard to stomach.
I would even say the girls are wasted on him, trapped in a delusion of a man's former self-blinded by the lame bro he became.

Apart from that, the only reason anyone could continue to read this series is that his heroic qualities are still there.
If something bad happens, ... he will act even if he is a lazy mofo who doesn't care about anything anymore.
