Hakari is just about gambling. The more he gambles the more chance of him hitting the jackpot. And when he hits the jackpot he pretty much become Invincible for 4 min 11 secs. Thats pretty much it about hakari you need to know

as far as I remember this is it but I might be forgetting a few things

Kashimo's cursed energy becomes Lighting and the staff he has can be used as a lightning rod

Yuki just adds mass to herself and her cursed spirit to hit a lot harder

Hakari's technique allows him to manifest things from his pachinko machine, his Domain Expansion is rows of pachinko machines when he hits 3 it makes him unkillable for a set amount of time

To explain Yuki, it is really simple. She adds imaginary mass to herself or her cursed spirits, allowing her to hit really hard. In physics, this is essentially the equation, force of a body=mass x acceleration.

More mass equals more force equals she hits way harder.

Kashimo converts his cursed energy into electricity. That's basically it.

1. static electricity makes the zap hit the right spot (that's not a technique, his cursed energy is just electric so he can do that after building it up)

2. Yuki changes the weight of herself and her Shikigami without the real life physics affecting what she changed the weight of. Basically she can make her arm as heavy as the moon, but swing the same as normal (strongest ability in terms of raw power in universe)

3. His domain does some stuff and repeats until it does it in the correct order. Once it does that then he has infinite cursed energy for 4 minutes, making him much faster and stronger, and mainly so much energy that it heals him without him even needing to put effort into it. Makes him the best self healer in the series (even including the likes of Sukuna and Gojo, Hakari is basically immortal in that time unless his head in completed destroyed)

kashimo - electricity but his release form is more of an energy converter
yuki - mass manipulation basically she can hit harder like people already said
hakari - is just gambling specifically the pachinko machine or slot machine and the more he wins the more he gets infinite cursed energy
