Because when a woman has rough sex (especially with someone super strong like Guts), sometimes it can get a bit sore down there for a while. Imagine if someone punched your crotch repeatedly, you'd be sore too.

except those scenes were in no way intended to be seen as light hearted adult comedy, which is obvious judging by the impact of both scenes. this is obviously different.

Idk, personally I wouldn't feel comfortable reading through sth while believing the author is portraying immoral behavior in their works to solely satisfy their perverse minds.

that's just one way you could look at it... remember this isn't hentai, it is a media that miura put his life into, so to think he'd let these supposed perverse ideas take over a manga he'd consider his legacy? i think it's highly unlikely.
