For example you can't write down how many times you've watched or read something, re-readability and other fun small things about the stuff you've read that MAL has. There’s the note thing but it’s just nah. Not enough. And worst of all !! you can't add your own PRIVATE tags to your own lists... on anilist i really like that you can add tags to the mangas main pages themself tho. And they have way more tags in the search engine, so that’s a plus as well 100%. But I just REALLY like my homemade tags for my lists. They also have a waaaay bigger userfriendly adding system too and way wider range of manga, manwha, manhua that i REALLY like as well What pisses me off from the get-go is that there aren't shounen ai, shoujo ai tags I don't know if boys love is supposed to be shounen ai ? They also have Yuri as a tag but not Yaoi ... like ?? Why is yaoi a no word but not yuri ?? But ig that's just a small pet peeve. It seems like you can still search stuff if you click the "adult" thing in the tags at least. |

BUT apparently.... the boys love IS shounen ai... and then if you click the adult you get the "yaoi"... same with yuri, apparently on anilist yuri is shoujo ai... and then when you add the "adult" it's actual yuri but i might have just understood the terms wrong all along, who knows *shrugs |
