| Judging by your logic we can then ask why naruto criticized more for being a copycat of yu yu hakusho and HXH. Also jjk is inspired by bleach, the author himself stated that and if u ever read bleach you can see the influence. Plus all of these things you state that are a "copy" of naruto are literally shounen tropes seen in almost every other shounen too. As a lot of other users above also mentioned similar character design =/= copying the chracter - in all honestly anime characters tend to look alike most of the time, for example the cold /cool type tend to be fair skinned guys with black hair and dark eyes, etc and no Sasuke didn't invent that troupe. Somehow you don't seem to understand that using other works as inspiration is not a bad thing - almost every artists in different medium does that and being inspired by something else doesn't prevent you from making an original and entertaining work. |
