So I have watched a lot of anime and form my prior experience I have never seen the atmosphere this anime creates and I am not gonna lie the op and ed for this anime is dope and really there are really taking a good care of the anime as far as the animation goes and what can I say about beautiful voice acting that is being done here like just take the Sora Amamiya, Shizuka (she is gonna be in the future ep as Kabura) or Gen all of them are doing such a great job or the anime and maybe that's why I like the atmosphere of this anime and thats why I give it a 10/10

definitely has a unique atmosphere that i enjoy. doesn't automatically make it a 10 though imo.

is it just me or are the character designs a real turn off. proportions look kinda iffy to me. everything else is really good tho

I guess it's just a preference because I personally love the artwork and it's very similar to the Manga. In my opinion Kotoyama did a great job of making it unique while still looking good.

I love the angles and shots that this anime has, it compliments very well the art and the atmosphere, it reminds me a lot to Bakemonogatari in some senses, glad that the director of MS worked here, I'm loving this anime.

this anime has similar atmosphere and vibe to the one of monogatari, i suggest you take a look at it and consider checking it out (peak fiction)

The backgrounds are so amazing and lively! I think the show would be a little boring without them. Characters look good too. I’m just wondering why a city with apparently thousands of apartments (with light inside) is so dead at night. There’s the MC, vampire girl and sometimes a group of drunk guys. Never a passerby or anyone of the sort.

totally agree. i tend to watch animes late at night, and this anime totally sets the mood for me. i am waiting for night every Thursday. really make me wanna go outside at night, but I don't have a girl atm. But really a very unique atmosphere. and few osts really give the night vibes like the one at the moment when he says he will fall in love with her in 1st ep and when she drinks his blood in second ep

Yeah, the atmosphere is fantastic! The sound design, background art, voice acting, everything is perfect so far. It immediately reminded me of certain Monogatari scenes, which makes sense considering who's the director. Not a 10/10 for me yet, but it does have a lot of potential.

The anime isn't wowing me, but it's not completely awful like Sh*kimori which I ended up dropping mid way. I really do enjoy how the backgrounds look, and the ost. Character designs and personalities aren't my cup of tea though, but I can see how this might be one of the most popular anime of the season.
