I believe that the manga ended in March. Will this be the last anime season of Dr stone or is there enough source material for more seasons?

It depends how long the seasons are but if the rest of them are a normal 24 episodes there should be about 5 in total. Each covering about 1 part of the manga each as it is nicely split up into a prologue a 5 parts.
Season 1 covered the prologue part 1 and the start of part 2.
Season 2 covered the rest of part 2
Season 3 will probably cover the whole of part 3
Season 4 will probably cover almost all of part 4 ( this part is long so they won’t be able to fit the whole of part 4 in 24 episodes)
Season 5 will probably cover the rest of part 4 and then the final part.

Maybe this is the answer

I’d say four seasons minimum. I’m definitely ready to see more Gen Asagiri 🤤

Yeah, I love his character. His relationship with Senku is delightful. And he’s hot, so that’s a bonus.

Based on the number of chapters and their usual pace, 6 cours should be enough to fully adapt the manga (s1 was 2 cours, s2 1 cour). We don't know how long this season is going to be but 2 cours would be perfect to reach the end of the next arc.

Assuming they don't start skipping arcs, I don't think we'll see the anime reach the end of the story until 2028 at best.

They can make 62 episode/ 5 cour/ 2 full 25 episode season +12 episode season more to reach manga ending based on current pace.
(so total 97 episode including already released episode)

Most probably
S3 - treasure island/exploration arc
S4 - America arc
S5 - space arc

If season 3 is two cours then they could do a season 4 that's two cours also and that would finish adapting everything
