Terror in resonance has zero fan service and is only 11 episodes, Hunter x Hunter is one of my personal favorites and has very little fan service, fate zero is also very good and doesn’t have fan service, and of course Attack On Titan

then watch barakamon it's got nothing of it and I watched with my siblings... Totally enjoyable with family without any tension of fan service

Vinland Saga is a pretty good choice, If he wants to go for something longer or more hyped up I'd recommend Monster or Attack on Titan

Attack on Titan
Angel Beats
Death Note
A silent voice
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Chihayafuru
Kamigami no Asobi

These genuinely dont have fanservice

You can also show him Trigun. This anime has potential for fanservice but dosent have any fanservice. The main character is a playboy.Except episode 17 every episode is safe but ep 17 is also a very important episode in this anime

Also if he is interested in romance, then show him Sola. It is my favourite SOL romance with few plot elements and dosent have any fanservice except

Well, this is all I know. I hope this will be helpful for you. You should also mention the genre when you ask for recommendations

Because most of the time starters tend to like binge watchable, fast paced anime with eye candy animation. Monster does not fullfill these criteria and intelligence has nothing to do with it.

Just mild bro If you want to see anime without fanservice Go to imdb and see The parents guide. The mild ones in Sex and nudity Section has minor fan service, which will not bother anyone.

Jujutsu Kaisen has very little fanservice. It is also one of the only shonen animes that pays as much respect and detail to its' female characters as it does to their male counterparts.

this is literally not true though. anime fans seem to have this stereotypical way of thinking that the standard starter pack of fast paced action and comedic sol is guaranteed to work for pretty much everybody. but rather than the fact that they try out a new medium, it only really depends on the person's general tastes in entertainment. believe it or not, many people actually hate action or comedy. i personally know someone who got into anime with mushishi and saraiya goyou, which neither is fast paced nor bingeable, but they would literally never touch anime ever again if i had showed them let's say attack on titan or jujutsu kaisen instead. my own firsts were gits and jinroh, which are also widely considered unwatcheable for beginners.
Ofcourse it's not true for everyone but fast paced action comedy have a greater probability of working than slow paced ones.

Start off with these as they have no or very minimal fanservice:

Boku dake ga Inai Machi

D.Gray-man + the sequel D.Gray-man Hallow

Death Note

Doukyonin wa Hiza, Tokidoki, Atama no Ue.

Fruits Basket 1st Season + the sequels Fruits Basket 2nd Season and Fruits Basket: The Final

Full Moon wo Sagashite

Fullmetal Alchemist + the remake Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (I recommend starting with the 2003 version first as it fleshes out the earlier chapters and the characters much better than Brotherhood does!)

Hataraku Saibou + the sequel Hataraku Saibou!!, the movie Hataraku Saibou!!: Saikyou no Teki, Futatabi. Karada no Naka wa "Chou" Oosawagi! and the side story: Hataraku Saibou: Kaze Shoukougun

Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou

Karneval

Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu

Kobato.

Lovely★Complex

Shoukoku no Altair

Yuukoku no Moriarty + the sequel Yuukoku no Moriarty 2nd Season and the Yuukoku no Moriarty OVA

Saga of Tanya the evil
If I'm able to get my sister to give me the stinks eye for mentioning the breast size of one of the supporting characters, there's fanservice.

I'd say go for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The only woman (other than the occasional MILF) that I'd consider to be fanservice-y at all would be Trish Una. Even in Stone Ocean, which takes place in a women's prison, all the girls are uuuuu-gly.

For new anime watchers I suggest something easy to watch, maybe something like Vinland Saga, Bungou Stray dogs, or just anime movies like Weathering with you, grave of the fireflies, your name, a silent voice etc
