| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This is some fierce competition for the final stage of 1 alright, with the arrival of the last I-Chu Senpai group: Tenjou Tenge. The CD-selling "ceremony" of the new I-Chu groups is small fry compared to this. For Fire Fenyx's Seiya, Tenjou Tenge's Tsubaki Rindo has been someone he looked up to, and with great passion to become an idol just like him. And it shouldn't be a surprise to see Tsubaki talk down towards Seiya, much less earn the ire of the I-Chu Senpai groups (Lancelot, RE:BERSERK, Pop N' Star). The only way is to fight through performance and claim the top spot. Have they no new songs to sing? Performing the same songs over and over again just seems ludicrous and bothersome to the ear. @jetblackprelude Kinda wished they'd perform more songs and not stick to the same repertoire (even if they have to advertise and sell the same material). The moment Seiya went full-on monochrome, that is some depressing times that he personally needs to overcome. Enough with the happy-go-lucky BS, it's time to get serious. |

| Finally the last senpai group appears, I had hoped to see tenjou tenge perform in front of the other ichu to really show their skills... well here’s hoping for next week Ichu as a series has plenty of other songs, but maybe they were told to only focus on the songs from the reboot game Etoile Stage... which is why we end up seeing Jewelry Dust performed dozens of times ^^; plus I guess it’s easier to use the same dance choreography... I’d have loved to hear some of fire fenix’s earliest songs in the anime |
