It isn't impossible, sure. But it's most probably not true. Garp never referred to Dragon as his son, but he didn't give even a subtle hint about having a daughter either. Plus how many times did he mention Dragon anyway? I only remember once in Water 7. |

Akainu also never mentioned Dragon as Garp's son, only Luffy as Dragon's. |
