| I would recommend Haibane Renmei. Not exactly uplifting all the time, but it has a beautiful, heartfelt and life-affirming story. |
| Tamayura -- same guy directed Aria series Honobono Log Fruits Basket (2019) -- as long as shoujo (complete with bishies) is ok for you there are a lot of life affirming moments to be had here +1 Haibane Renmei -- as mentioned, it's rather melancholic most of the way but the conclusion is pretty "life affirming" So Ra No Wo To -- in your PTW. This also has some sad bits mixed with humor on the way to an uplifting conclusion (one of my fav finishes to an anime) |
