I read the manga so I know what's coming but not gonna lie after a strong start it fades quickly so I'm interested how anime-onlys will react to some of the flimsy cast of characters and some childish educational stuff. Anyone think the opening was the best part so far?

I don't know what are you talking about. I think the first 16 chapters are the weakest part of the manga. I mean the current are is not my favorite, but from the Village Games to the previous arc it's awesome. But I guess we're different.

isnt that how most stories coming from manga or LN are? Imo its because the industry highly favours long running stuff over short to the point stories.

So you call this a Strong start compare to what will happen later? Then I Will be disappointed because this start was an 5/10 start for me. And i saw stronger starts in this year what later turned out to be a total disappointment. (Shield hero, Promised neverland)

I thought the manga just got better and better. I only dropped it because i got caught up and don't like waiting for new chapters. I'll probably continue when the manga is finished.

I'm actually not that interested in the manga anymore and the only reason Im just continuing it is because I've read 100+ chapters so I might as well finish the series though I'm kind of liking the current arc. The lack of sense of death for some reason is why I lost interest. There's no thrill in the batlles since we all know no one will die.

Are u really sure that Neverland had a weak finish?? (Although it was disappointing for me since internal monologues were removed). Surely you are joking,Mr. Momentay.

And yeah I read the manga (till ch 20) and among them the first 2 chapter are the best, although the anime improved upon the manga, so lets see. I lost interest till I was able to rech ch 13-14 and dragged till 20.

I'm not joking. Only the first and last episode was good for me.

Why should there be any death in this series? This is not a battle manga. It is obvious that there won't be any death here. The battle is not the main focus, it is the mystery and science knowledge.
You read the wrong manga if all you want is death and battle.
