1) Why does Okabe have to die in 2025? What happens if he doesn't?
2) Why doesn't 2025-Okabe just send the video message to the 2010-Okabe (who just killed Kurisu)? This should make the world line changing to Steins Gate.
3) Why does he save Mayuri and Suzuha of -18000? The world line is going to change very soon anyway. Is it because -18000's Mayu/Suzu will starve to death? So he sends them back in 2025 to spare them this fate?
4) Why Amadeus doesn't exist anymore? I thought they deleted Kurisu backup memory, not the entire Amadeus thing

5) Something about the original Steins Gate: after saving Kurisu in episode 24, I don't remember seeing Okabe having his Reading Steiner triggered, and the world line changing to Steins Gate (1.048596). When does this happen in the anime?

6) I see in a lot of forum something about "in 2036 Suzuha is old enough to time travel", what's the meaning of that? Why couldn't she time travel in 2035?

1) His death in 2025 is Beta Attractor Field convergence (like Mayuri's death in 2010 in Alpha). So it's only avoidable by deceiving the world. Like Daru did as he told in episode 20.

2) The video itself doesn't change anything. Remember to the first episode of the original Steins;Gate. He gets the message, but it static, and he can't watch it, because it's encrypted until he fails to save Kurisu. So, in episode 1, Okabe ignore that message, and forget about it. So, he needs the Suzuha, who knows about Operation Skuld, and make him remember to the message (in ep23 of the original). That Suzuha is the child Suzuha who we saw at the end of Zero. She grows up, and in 2036, she enters the time machine, and travels back to 2010.
So the worldline will change to Steins;Gate in 2036, NOT IN 2025.

3) Because he promised that to Kagari. Also, by this, he tricks the convergence which says he will die in 2025.

4) Yup, they deleted Kurisu's memory data. So if it doesn't exist, how could they create Amadeus Kurisu. It was created from her memories.

5) That considered as a plothole by many people, because it looks like Suzuha is just purely disappear, which has make no sense.
In my theory there was Reading Steiner, but Okabe didn't realized it because he was almost unconscious (he was seriously injured). So when they arrived back on 21st August, Reading Steiner triggered. This theory also emerges some problems.
For example, if Reading Steiner triggered, why Okabe remained injured. My answer: he injured in the Steins Gate worldline too, but from other reason.
Why Kurisu remembers that he saved her, if there was Reading Steiner? Because the fact, that she was saved by a future Okabe and a future Suzuha on July 28th, doesn't changed.

6) That's a bullshit for me. For me, it's more logical that the time machine was completed only in 2036, that's why she couldn't travel earlier.

1. Technically nothing, but he used that chance to help Mayuri and Suzuha.
2. They did send it then, but just the message alone isn't enough. Suzuha should come from 2036 first and convince Okabe to watch it.
3. Because he can, and he promised he will save everyone and return Mayuri to Kagari.
4. Without Kurisu's memory the project isn't important, and I doubt they took the sudden data breach very well.
5. The exact moment Steins Gate gets reached isn't shown. Reading Steiner might not even activate, as there isn't a drastic difference in memories.
6. They only finish the final version of the time machine in 2036.

But Okabe already had one in 2025, the one he used to save -18000 Mayu/Suzu, if I'm not wrong

Also, I guess that -18000 Mayuri and Suzuha get back to 2025 and that Okabe stays in -18000?

As Maho said, it was an "experimental" time machine. So it's just a prototype. Not the final version.

And yeah, Okabe stays there... and dies. The true hero of SG+SG0 will never reach Steins Gate :(

It's pretty depressing that this Okabe, that suffered the most, never benefits of its own action. He made everything easy for the original SG Okabe, and offers him the Steins Gate worldline, but himself has to starve to death all alone in the freaking desert.
This post credit scene looks badass at first, but it's sad af. Hopefully Mayuri refuses to quit without him and follows him in death or something...
