Another hype episode from this series.
First of all we are now in the Haizaki chapter, meaning that the next couple of episodes at least will cover Seishou Academy's journeys which is really interesting.

Haizaki really got great character development this episode with his whole vengeance and desire to prove to the world that you don't need "the scale of Ares" (which was a program used to train kids to lose emotions and bypass their limits during matches) as his childhood friend Akane lost all of her emotions from it.

Kidou putting Haizaki in the keeper position was also a really interesting scene, and I wonder what exactly he's planning. It sort of reminds me of how Tenma was put in Keeper in order to unleash his Keshin back in Inazuma Go, so Kidou might be thinking that this will increase Haizaki's focus and give him a new technique.

Next episode looks like the second half of Gouenji vs Kidou. To me it seems like Kidou will win this one, but then again the next title is "The Flaming Ace-Striker" so I don't know.

Kozoumaru stalking Haizaki was pretty funny to be honest.

Am I the only one who hates stuff like this in anime? I hate plans that make no sense without the conclusion. It feels really cheap as a character development. But nonetheless, good episode. I just hope the conclusion will be worth it.
7/10.
War really is cruel, heh?Whether you win or not, you always lose more than you gain.
The victor can still console themselves by counting their gains,
but the defeated can only count everything they've lost.

For now, this series is really boring, nothing exciting is happening. Techniques looks lame in comparison to previous series, music is average, new character designs are definitely more bland. I'll continue watching it, cause it's still Inazuma, but I'm disappointed at this point.

I have. But that was when I was a kid. Haven't watched the Go series yet. For me, that doesn't disturb me much cause I just love this series so no harms done.

For me, its average but I know this series will kick off at some point. It is still Inazuma Eleven with the over the top Hissatsus. Im just still gonna watch it.

You could see that when they stoped focusing on the new Raimon team, the show became a lot better to watch. Some OST on this episode were actually good. But overall is still just an ok show. Comparing how amazing the original Inazuma Eleven was, this is really desapoiting

Kidou's team vs Gouenji's team, probably the first real intense battle to start
Some backstory on why Haizaki acts like that, looks like his desire to take revenge has almost become the sole reason he is playing soccer,
We got some confirmation that that ares guy is bad this episode.
