As for other anime with crazy characters: Sabagebu - Ha, I didn't actually expect it to be quite humorous, even the beginning of the anime is notable and it does have quite the wacky characters, like all MC's are wacky in it. Plastic Nee San - It's an ONA, but I couldn't help but laugh while I saw it, it's filled with crazy people, but it's very short, it's an ONA after all. |
