The manga page shows that the series is still ongoing. Just curious if anyone knows how much of the manga is actually covered in the anime.

Thanks in advance.

I'm confused as to what exactly you are asking?

The anime is an original story, and the manga launched in conjunction is an adaptation of the anime. I can't speak for the latest chapters, but it seems the manga is covering each episode of the anime respectively; occasionally going into a bit more depth. Some scenes in the manga were never in the anime but help expound on the stories and characters. With that said, the anime has a different feel from the manga where some might prefer one over the other. I'd personally recommend watching the anime before reading the manga though.

The manga is a side story/adaptation to the anime.

What kind of things has the manga mentioned that the anime hasn't?

I always thought that the manga was an adaption of the anime, not the other way around.

Thanks for clearing that up. Was previously under the impression that this was an adaptation of the manga.

In the first chapter alone, there was a scene with Akane meeting up with Yuki and Kaori before receiving the results of her test. This scene does show up in the anime, but not until the 20th episode, which I find curious. It fits both like a glove. So it really comes down to preference.

I actually read that chapter before I saw the episode obviously, and I was surprised they didn't add it to the first episode as it added quite a bit of backstory to Akane and her friends.

Shortly afterwards, she meets Jousei Kasei and attains her inspector status. Then the events of episode 1 transpire.

Throughout the chapter there are small changes to the original such as Kagari's Dominator locking up when aimed at the hostage versus the latent criminal. Akane testing out the Dominator's settings on Masoaka. Masoaka disarming and fighting the latent criminal as opposed to skipping right to Kougami's ambush.

Small things, really, but overall help expound on the story and characters a little more.

Hmm, I think this out of topic but I would ask if anyone know where to buy the manga? I googled it, nothing but online reading (I'm aware that the manga has a different name). I want to buy them for collecting purpose. Any idea?
Another thing is that I've just checked MangaFox and it has 3 chapters while I read somewhere here a user mentioned chapter 16!. Where can I find it? :/ I think I'm bit confused.

Thanks.

You can order the manga volumes from Amazon Japan, YesAsia or CDJapan. It'll be in Japanese though.

I see, one more question, is it going to be translated in furure or is it something impossible? I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with buying mangas, I only read online.
Thanks a lot, mush appreciate :).

it depends on your local publisher. as for my country I think it's nearly impossible.
In japan itself I heard vol 1 sells about 100k copies. I don't know it's good or bad tho.
Your so-called peaceful world makes me bored, so don't blame me if I destroy all of it.
