I must have sweetener in my tea. I prefer to have two sources per cup of tea. On my current roster:

White sugar
Honey
Splenda
Agave nectar
Brown sugar (both dark and light)

My last cup of tea combined honey and agave. I currently prefer the honey and Splenda combination.

I love sweet things!! I used to shovel in spoons of sugar in my tea. Actually, forget the "spoons," I just poured the sugar in straight from the container and measured it to be 1/4th of the tea glass and/or to maximum saturation, lol. (Yes, I like a little tea with my sugar :P) Anyway, I have since switched to drinking tea with stevia, which has no calories, a bunch of health benefits, and is 30 times sweeter than sugar!

It depends. If it's with tea leaves then no.
One tea spoon of sugar should be enough for a tea bag for me

To quote George Orwell:

"Lastly, tea — unless one is drinking it in the Russian style — should be drunk without sugar. I know very well that I am in a minority here. But still, how can you call yourself a true tealover if you destroy the flavour of your tea by putting sugar in it? It would be equally reasonable to put in pepper or salt. Tea is meant to be bitter, just as beer is meant to be bitter. If you sweeten it, you are no longer tasting the tea, you are merely tasting the sugar; you could make a very similar drink by dissolving sugar in plain hot water."

I think this speaks for itself

Well I've been drinking it with sugar this whole time. But tbh should probably start trying it without... mm, might do that.

Brown sugar is really good in black tea's with any spice
sugar is needed to bring the flavor out of white teas
Honey for herbals, but at least half i drink plain
Oolong teas is depends
Roobious tea depends (honey and molasses work well though)

Most of the time, I use 2 sugars but sometimes it's only one.
Other times I use blueberry or regular agave, wildflower honey, lemon or vanilla.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
I might be crazy. So, what's the problem?
