hmm, WTH is that cliffhanger? let's suppose that her air is done. it doesn't mean that she's dead, there's still CO2 in the suit. it may be deadly and poisoned, but it's not mean you getting killed in the minute the air is finished.

i get tanabe reasoning, but ....

in the end they didn't even showed what hachi had done.

gotta say i'm not so happy with the series latest plot.

You know, Hoshino strikes me as one of those people too dumb to learn from their mistakes. He STILL can't kill Hakim, I bet he won't have the balls to pull the trigger, or Hakim will fight his way out again. Gah! Just show us what happens already!

And Tanabe at the end, with that escape! She's literally too stupid with math to qualify to work in space. Exertion = more breathing = less air, capeesh?

Finally she's being forced to realize that love doesn't solve everything! And now that push comes to shove and her life is on the line, where will her vaunted ideals leave her? Kill Claire, and live? Or will plot armor miracle rescuer show up next episode?

Tanabe is an idiot? She should've known Claire was a terrorist, since she heard the emergency announcement that the ship was boarded by outside parties, and knew Claire wasn't stationed on-board at the time. But for some inexplicable reason, she hops into an escape pod and risks death in the nebulous hope of keeping Claire alive? Claire isn't going anywhere, and was already immobilised from a leg shot, so why not just leave her and hide from the few remaining active terrorists on-board? Or better yet, grab a weapon and shoot Claire while she's already wounded.

And Hachi fails to shoot Hakim and gets disarmed for the trouble, as expected. You can't fool the viewer twice, let alone three times.

Better hope this future setting has functional oxygen recycling systems in their spacesuits, which they really should in the year this anime is set in.
