Not enough of Fujiko in skimpy outfits.
I thought the opening credits was a good sign, but it was pretty meh.
The treasure was great but the main antagonist was very disturbing... biting those tongues...

I really liked almost everything about this. The pacing is great; the plot keep moving forward without getting forgotten or taking up too much room from great action set-pieces. Lord Archer and Diana were good non-villainous antagonists. The Nazis were sill, but they weren't used so much that their silliness became a drag. Goemon and Zenigata have little to do, which is pretty common, so they're both turned into funny jokes instead.

I liked how in general Lupin is something of a joke. He's always getting beaten up and flirting with the one-shot heroine doesn't go all that well.

I think I prefer Voyage to Danger, but this is a strong second of the Lupin specials I've seen.

I really enjoyed the persona Fujiko adopted in this one, as well as those glasses she was wearing.

I also enjoyed Sir Archer, his death was a bit of a blow, but I suppose as far as deaths go it was a decent one, he went down admirably.

On a lighter note, Diana was good too, and it was great to see Fujiko's reaction to herself not being perceived as "the naive one" hehe.

Also, I was not expecting Nazi's going into this, although they do tend to have some good uniforms, so it was a welcome surprise.

Bribing soldiers with porn is smart, especially back then xD

Nice movie, it had an interesting plot and I liked the detailed still shots which are typical for Dezaki. Also enjoyed the dramatic ending. I wasn't really invested in Archer, but his last scene was so well done that I couldn't help it to feel a bit sad.

And lol, Maforditte was a strange af villain. A Neo Nazi crossdresser? Now I've seen everything. Not to mention that scene where he bit Goerings tongue..

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

A treasure hidden since the second world war, which only a former agent, the "real" James Bond, knows where to find? Cool stuff. But it was a bit weird too, why was Goemon working a "part-time job" instead of teaming up with them as always? lol It was kind of funny though. And poor Zenigata, he tries so hard, traveling here and there with no budget, trying to do his job, eating only instant ramen, and almost dying as the result of the terrorist attack on that tunnel. I laughed near the end when he only looked around while everyone was fighting those nazis. I mean, there was a führer, who held an aversion towards women, despite his persona having the voice of one, and the swastika, so I guess they at least took them as inspiration if it isn't quite right to call them nazis. lol

And it was hard to see Lupin being beaten like that by that giant, but he won against him in the end. He being arrested for real, and not appearing again in the end was a bit anticlimactic though, since he was the only real antagonist who wasn't an extra besides the lawyer führer himself. It's also cool how Fujiko found out the truth behind the incident with the tunnel, which started this quest for the treasure. But she tried to betray Lupin and the others, taking even Goemon along, only to be betrayed herself. But I guess she 'won' by kissing the führer like that in the end, the poor guy. xD And I don't know, but I think Archer somehow loved Harimao a bit. Even in his last moments, he remembered the moment of Harimao's death. And he was also the most "fascinating" man he ever met. Well, It was kind of a cool story, though it felt a bit lacking, and it is never pleasing to see all the treasure going to waste, but welp.

Mostly a enjoyable flick, but the Language used on a Trans Woman is pretty insensitive.
Some Plotpoints where just kinda waistet, like Fumiko infiptrating James Bond, oder betraying them, or the small Rivalry between the two good Guys.
As someone who isnt very familiar whit Lupin, im not quiet sure what to think about the beginning Szene, Lupin is basicly killing innocent People, whit the Police Officers following him. Hes also a bit of a Creepy towards the Woman, flirty is one thing, but hes pretty slimy here.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
