| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- The chapter starts with Fumika, Sumiyoshi and Sakanami bumping into each other at the office. Based on last chapter's events, things have become very awkward indeed, although Fumika is still bound by her promise not to say anything to Sakanami. Her recent troubles have even started to affect her work at Blue March to the point that even Yayoi starts to notice. Yayoi asks Fumika what's bothering her, and Fumika decides to ask her what does it mean to "like" someone then proceeded to tell Yayoi without divulging any names the current situation she is in. Of course Yayoi easily figures out she's talking about Sakanami and a female co-worker. Yayoi, being the cooly indecent woman as she usually is, tells her the way to know if you like a man is to ask oneself if you'd have sex with him. One can't contemplate doing all sorts of unprintable acts if she doesn't like the guy in the first place. Upon saying that, Yayoi gives Fumika until next week to solve her problems. After Fumika leaves, Yayoi puts in a call to Sakanami. Later Sakanami approaches Sumiyoshi asking what she said to Fumika during their meeting that's making her act so weird lately. Sumiyoshi asks him to tell her first why he fusses over Fumika so much. He says that since he's the one who invited her on his radio show and introduced her to eroge voice acting, it's on him if she falls. Compared to Sumiyoshi who has had a long career, Fumika is still a newcomer in his eyes. After that Sumiyoshi tells him about the wager she made Fumika agree to: that if she doesn't get a high-profile part she gets her place on the radio show. Sakanami was obviously bemused and told her she didn't have to do that anyway, but then he saw that she is starting to cry. That's when she explodes, saying she knows it's a stupid wager, that she'd never take her place on the radio show, how he's always caring about Fumika probably because she has big boobs or because of the fact she has a nice personality. In order to take her on she has to force herself to see her an an enemy. She knows it's all because of her jealousy, but she can't help it. Then she runs out of the room crying, to the amusement of his coworkers. Later Fumika is sitting in her bed at night at first wondering what it would be like to have sex with Sakanami before it got too be too much for her. She then admits to herself that she wouldn't like it if Sakanami becomes a couple with Sumiyoshi which would cut into their time together. At that point she gets a phone call from Sakanami telling her to come to a nearby restaurant. There he asks her why Sumiyoshi would act the way she did. Fumika of course couldn't tell him. A frustrated Sakami tells her that he is not going to replace her, so there's no need to worry about that. He also tells her that if she can't deal with someone like Sumiyoshi, then how is she going to deal with all the talented seiyuus she'll have to face when trying to get major anime roles. He tells her that when people say eroge voice acting is vulgar and unchallenging, they are also telling her that she'll never get parts in anime because she keeps doing eroge, meaning all the work she put in as an eroge voice actress was pointless. So what is she going to do about it? Fumika realizes she can't let that insult go, that she has to prove that eroge voice work is neither unchallenging nor vulgar, upon which Sakanami offers to help her practice. ============ More filler, not a lot happened, but not a bad chapter I think. 3 stars. |

| I think it was kinda obvious she liked him. She'll totally get the next role, maybe. LOLOLOL Kanna's reaction when she gets her breast touched like that. And here I thought the swimsuits would be a one piece. |
