| At first (when doing Al in the first Fullmetal Alchemist) I don't hate her, but she just does tsundere characters too much that I'm too tired of her voices with tsundere characters. I'm kind of surprised when hearing her Alice in Heart no Kuni no Alice movie (trailer) and liking her Alice. So yeah, I'm just too tired and just say "hate" her for her tsundere characters. |

| like everyone else already said, i can't stand her loli tsundere voice/characters-_- But, her Hotaru Imai in Gakuen Alice was pretty good and I actually liked her character. Also liked her Al in Fullmetal Alchemist & Shannon in Umineko. I 'm planning to watch Gintama soon even thought I know that she's voicing Kagura, but as she's not an annoying loli type A tsundere, so i'm sure her voice won't bother me as Shannon's, Al's & Hotaru's didn't. |

| Her usual tsundere loli voice is over recycled, it's getting annoying and makes my ears bleed. I'm actually beginning to stay away from a potentially good anime just because Kugimiya is in it. Just don't want to listen to that annoying voice no matter what. |

| Shana, Louise, Taiga and Nagi - somehow I just cannot imagine anyone else doing these characters. And much as a lot of people focus on her tsun roles , she has done a lot more than just tsunderes - pretty good at it too even - Mizore, Hotaru, Masako, and Alphonse among others. |

| Irritating. Her tsundere voice HAS BEEN recycled to how many times i cant count. Its like whenever the show goes "We need someone who can voice this tsundere!", and the guy next to him will contact Rie. Despite that, I respect her, and her profession, I will say she has a high distinction for her ever-recognisable tsundere voice. |
| She does a lot of tsundere roles and people dislike that, but to be fair she only does them because she's like the best in the industry at it and fans love her. She does a lot of non-tsundere roles and she executes them equally as well, so it's not like she's a one trick pony despite her prolific dominance in the tsundere category. I like her a lot. She plays some of my favorite characters from some of my favorite shows and she's like the only voice actress whose appearance in a series instantly makes me interested in watching it. |
