Is it worth picking up? Or is it likely to go the route of Shinrei Tantei Yakumo, wherein it looks good on paper but is actually not worth it? (I say that based on what seems to be the majority opinion - I didn't bother with it because of said opinion.) Thoughts: GO! |

It feels very contemporary >.< the animation itself is nice and it has it kawaii moments. Its not a "supernatural" magical anime, more of a mystery(detective work)/slice of life and i like that it deals with modern settings and technology etc. I think is very fresh compared to what has been aired in the past seasons. In my opinion, i think its worth watching. |

| It's actually the first decent series coming from JC STAFF in a long while. That said it's not really anything special. Just a really smart girl, her group of idiots, and a guy that gets roped in as her assistant solving cases as a hobby. Nothing we haven't seen before, although it's less contrived than Gosick which helps a little. |

| I loved Gosick provided I ignored the idea of it having any kind of logic to the 'mysteries' - I kind of feel as though if the mystery aspect is stronger, as it seems to be, that the rest of the show might get more neglected? I don't really trust JC Staff anymore either after the traumatic atrocity of Yumekui Merry >_< |

| This series will dissapoint those who enjoy solving riddle.Despite the main character is a detective but I think the story revolving on friendship,slice of life and some normal cases without the heavy rely on deduction but only information gathering Throughout the series,there aren't anything like feeling of enigma and mystery which we can found in a detective series. |
