"This isn't covered by your insurance" is easily the best line I read (I watched the English dub though, so the protagonist doesn't actually say this). The second best line is when he asked that girl to pee in front of him and said that's how they got a urine sample in America. And since the doctor checked that girl's rectum, does that mean he's a proctologist as well?
