This has been bugging me for a while now. I've tried to google for this and came up with nothing. There's one really interesting piece of background music used in Mars of Destruction, and I'm dying to know what it is. It's an improvisation built on top of Bach's Prelude in C Major. The only famous improvisation of this is the Ave Maria by Gounod, but this one has a different melody from that. Since the other music Mars of Destruction uses are all pieces by famous composers, I'm assuming they did not compose this one either, so does anyone know who it's by??

The one at the end when the "twist" was revealed is by L. v. Beethoven. It's "Piano Sonate op. 27-2 "Mondschein" 1st mov." Better known as "Moonlight Sonata".
