Marie Calendar's pot pies (I LOVE them), TV dinners, and soup.

There's also sandwiches.

Oatmeal (good for breakfast or dinner)
A deli roast chicken is also good (and can keep in the fridge for up to 3 days)
Toast
Fruit
Premixed salad packages from the supermarket
Smoked salmon/canned tuna

I'm pretty sure a person can survive off these -

I don't live by myself but my mom says stews and stuff are like the easiest things to make. You just throw a whole bunch of things and let it simmer for like a couple hours.

You could check out this guy on youtube if you like: Foodwishes. He's amazing and he has the voice of a food porn god. Even if you still don't want to cook, you can watch his videos and pretend you're eating it. It's a fantastic way to waste your time :)

Fast Foods are also bad for the health.

YoiQ didn't say anything about fast food. You can also go and buy a salad.

How about you just learn how to cook something? oo

Learn. It takes a while to actually make decent meals every day, but that's what recipes are for! Although it's a pain to go out and buy the ingredients all the time. And when I cook on the stove, I hate the heat.

Well, I don't live alone, but sometimes I use the microwave meals, or find some ingredients in the fridge that don't need heating up and sort of make some...weird concoction that somehow still passes off as edible! I always think that making weird foods is fun and memorable, even if it doesn't taste very good.

As a Korean, I learned how to make Ramen (Noodles), fried rice, few Korean foods and so on when I was in 3rd grade. In another words, I'm set for life, lol
My cooking beats my sister's.

When I first started living alone, what I consumed daily was: cereal for breakfast, pasta for lunch and cheese and bread for dinner along with some tea and biscuits. Once I settled in, I moved to instant noodles for a while and ready to cook savoury rice. For a healthier option, I started buying canned vegetables and all I had to do was boil water and add everything together into the pot and leave it on for a while. Tuna, sardines and eggs--there are a lot of healthy products you can buy and eat without having to know how to cook.

Really, it isn't that hard. It all depends on whether you actually give a damn enough to learn or not.

There's lots of options if you don't care about your health. Just pop a pizza in the oven for example. If you do care for some healthy food however, you will just have to learn how to cook. Start off with canned vegetables and fish, they are easy to make. Meat and fresh vegetables are a lot harder but also healthier (well fish is also very healthy). It really doesn't take that long to learn.

Also, my advice: don't use recipies. They make things more complicated then they actually are.

* scrumbled egg
* tuna fish chunks ( in can)
* chicken nuggets
* pizza ( but very very very seldom)

Never have had this problem. I was taught how to cook or should I say I learned when my mom stopped cooking. The only problem is that I'm lazy and usually don't feel like cooking.

I was living alone and didn't know to cook MANY things , just basic things but since I AM LAZEH , I rarely did cook at first . Most of the time I ate at my uni but then I had all kinds of fast food in home , choco , chips , biscuits , toasts , pre-heated pizzas , pre-heated other stuff , noodles and ofc something healthy like APPLES ! I survived x)
Then I started cooking and then I got home for holidays and when I got back , I was back in lazeh mode so now since a friend of mine is living with me currently and she is a great cook but lazy as me , we order !

There's also instant noodles...of course, if you don't even know how to cook that well...you can always youtube it (I feel pathetic, but I somehow couldn't follow the instructions on the wrap so I just surfed the web for a "how to" vid...)

Instant noodles. :)

Sometimes a loaf of bread, fried eggs & sausages, and a cup of milk/coffee would do.

There are a couple of things you could do. Peanut better is a good way of getting protein, but eating that alone well most likely still not keep up your strength. I would say if you could get fruits, breads or starches like potatoes, rice or noodles and protein like beans, eggs or dried meats (depending on where you are going)

Some meals
Rices and beans
Roman with an egg in it

I have some other ideas but I would need to know what kind of far of place you are headed to.

Best advice: Learn how to cook a couple different meals (Even if they are fairly basic).
Will you be able to do.... what must be done?

Alot of stuff is easily to cook without actually needing to know how to cook.

Rice can be made easily with a rice cooker, it will have instructions to how much water is needed for a cup measurement of rice.

Eggs can be boiled or fried or poached, either technique is easy and simple.

Most meats are now cut into bits and pieces, you can easily select the parts you like, like the breast, and then just grill it bake, steam or boil. Just make sure to cook till its done, Chicken is known for Samonella.

Beef comes in steaks, mince or just cutlets. You can make meat balls or patties with the mince, or just grill or fry up some steaks.

vegatables can be boiled, Potatos can be mashed after cooked.

Cooking isn't hard, But actually doing the work, and cleaning up afterwards just puts most people off.

But if your on a tight budget. Just go to the stores, before closing time. They will have a 70-90% reduced price on all goods that are on their sale by date.

So you can save alot, and pick up alot of cheap already made desserts, pies, bread and cuts of meat.

You can learn to cook some simple things. For example, rice is super easy to cook. Put a cup of rice on the stove to cook. Meanwhile, open a can of tuna, mix in a spoon of mayonnaise and some Sriracha sauce to taste, and suddenly you have the making of some super easy, super oishii onigiri. Takes like 20min.

Google is your friend, and being able to cook is a skill you'll always find valuable.

I'm not exactly a good cook but I can cook some food for myself. Shrimp, chicken soup, eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled cheese, and ramen.
Unless if there's just my car at home, I can always go order take out food from whatever I felt like eating.
