Haha, I've been playing alot of DDR recently too. I also set up my bench and weights out in the backyard so I can get more done and won't have to be bothered by going to the gym for strength training. :D Still go to the gym for working out legs and core though.

A lot of people are under the misconception that exercise just consists of resistance training such as free weights, but the most useful exercises have to be Cardiovascular types such as above mentioned running and swimming. Rowing is great as well =D. All these help raise you metabolism so you can burn fat quick...then comes the resistance which helps you to tone you underlying muscles...Endurance THEN Resistance...u can never go wrong!! hehe

Yay for a speedy metabolism! I walk laps around the city when I'm at school, lol, so I don't exercise too much, just some exercises to keep the muscles fit. (I like knowing I can toss people around, buaha, weird oO) It would be awesome if I had a pool though. Love to swim, and it's pretty much the best exercise, doesn't strain the joints.

I try to walk everywhere (unless I really have to take a bus/train), and I also have an eliptical machine that I use a few times a week to help my physical therapy component of fibromialgia treatment that I have going. I also try to do deep tissue accupressure and am considering acupuncture for the future.
