| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- And despite Ippo being within proximity with all three women, the cannon remained unused. *sigh* Well, this chapter certainly set-up plenty of future plot lines with Manabu, Aoki and Kimura preparing for their respective fights. It felt like 3 or 4 chapters of content, with how much was accomplished in this single chapter, unlike the previous arc. -_- |

| "Aokimura-san" cracks me up =D Not even worth a separate mention. Also, yeah the romance here is lacking. At least we see that Mari actually likes Ippo and that Itagaki does like Kumi. They're no longer guesses, so maybe that counts as development? :P |

| so makunouchi and kumi love is slowly developing nothing major development but short term goals is nice thing because it piles up later on as a big accomplishment |
