 The official website for the television anime adaptation of Matsuri Isora's Silent Witch: Chinmoku no Majo no Kakushigoto (Secrets of the Silent Witch) light novel revealed additional cast, theme songs, key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video on Saturday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 5 at 12:00 a.m. on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, BS11, followed by Yomiuri TV and TV Aichi.Cast Cyril Ashley: Yoshiki Nakajima (Unnamed Memory) Elliot Howard: Ryouhei Kimura (Jigokuraku) Neil Clay Maywood: Yuuki Sakakihara (Dead Mount Death Play) Bridget Graham: Youko Hikasa (Hataraku Maou-sama!) Lana Collette: Kanna Nakamura (Rekishi ni Nokoru Akujo ni Naru zo) Rynzbelfeid: Mao Ichimichi (M.A.O) (Enen no Shouboutai) Casey Grove: Hina Suguta (Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru) ???: Shunichi Toki (Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun) Rock band Hitsujibungaku (Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd Season, [Oshi no Ko] 2nd Season) is performing the opening theme as well as the ending theme, titled "mild days." The ending theme is previewed in the promotional video below. Yasuo Iwamoto (Princess Connect! Re:Dive Season 2) is directing the anime with chief director Takaomi Kanazaki (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!) at Studio Gokumi. Kanazaki is handling the series composition and penning the script. Cona Nitanda (Bishoujo Muzai ❤ Pirates) is designing the characters. Cygames and Rina Tayama (Vampire Dormitory) are composing the music. Isora began penning the adventure fantasy light novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in February 2020. Fujimi Shobo published the first volume under its Kadokawa Books imprint in June 2021, featuring illustrations by Nanna Fujimi. The ninth volume released on February 10. Tobi Tana began serializing a manga adaptation in B's-LOG Comic magazine in July 2021. The fifth volume went on sale on January 31. Yen Press licensed both the light novel and manga in English and will release the sixth light novel volume on May 20.
