| Somehow I realized that I never looked at the lyrics for the OP song, and if I had, I would've realized all this time that Uni:Birth = Universe :') It only fully clicked this episode during PROTOSTAR's introduction...when Akira said, "Fly into the Uni:Birth." I love the idea of each group being produced by another group, since it gave a different sound and performance to each group! All the performances were amazing, but I have to say I immediately vibed with LEGIT's "Feel Like A Child," the song has a nice warm and nostalgic sound for me (kind of like 2010s feel-good kpop songs), and the solo dances were great. And then my favorite group, JAXX/JAXX...the song is a mix of upbeat and inspirational, something I definitely would play on repeat like I'm doing now. I do love JAXX/JAXX for being a band, but that doesn't stop "RAYS" from being yet another great song from them for me. The very last scene, we see Akira and Daiki (with a motorbike!!), and Daiki has a small ponytail, which probably means, mini time skip? They're probably in college, I would love to see them as college students, too ^^ I'll miss them <3 Looking forward to more music releases from this project~ Edit: Forgot to mention that LEGIT is credited for the lyrics for Feel Like A Child! :o |
