Claymore live-action TV series has been announced

Looks like there will be a Claymore live-action TV series! I know there have been some disappointing live-action adaptations of popular manga and anime, but I'm feeling positive about this one. It's still too early to say much about it, but I can see it working out. Surely Claymore's story has the potential to be translated well and faithfully into a live-action TV series, if it will be done with enough care.

I liked Willem Dafoe as Ryuk. Granted, I can’t remember much else about live action death note.

If they want to adapt Claymore for live action, then they’re probably going to have to limit the scope a lot. Make it more like The Witcher.

All of the body changes the Claymores and yoma (? I forget what they call them) have a chance of looking real lame if they’re done with CG. Their bodies all change a lot.
