Here's the list of sites for viewing anime online. I'll update this as we receive more.

Crunchyroll.com (very limited now due to the removal of fansubs)
Animeseason.com
Veoh.com
Oafun.com
Otakujuice.com
Animethat.com
Tvokay.com
Animecrazy.net
Alluc.org
Get-anime.net
Animeseed.com (This one may end up being rather good)
Watchanimeonline.com
Anitube.net
Animemangafun.com (Has both anime and manga available to view online - anime requires registration though)
Animekiwi.com

Try Animeseed.com. It uses Megavideo, and I tried a few random episodes which worked fine. Be careful of the Partypoker ads, as they'll open in a new tab and expand the window automatically (if you're using Firefox). Just close the tab and enjoy the show.

AniTube and WatchAnimeOnline are pretty decent sites. I refer AniTube to people who wants to watch online streams since it uses divx on some videos.

I don't know about you...but flash video blows =P

High quality episodes, though must deal with pop-ups sometimes and need to spend 3 minutes to register.

They have a few old gems, and very uneven speeds.

his one's really annoying to navigate: that page is your best bet but you never know what might be lurking elsewhere. It's only Megaupload links, the quality is varied, but the width is impressive.

Low quality, all of it.

When the Ami server is up again, this will be a pretty nice one.

http://www.anime-eden.com/
They're doing stuff there now, no idea how it will look later.

http://www.animeupload.com/anime-downloads.html
Just random uploads to Megaupload, Rapidshare and whatever.

I'll sludge through my bookmarks later, if I can be bothered to do it.

I haven't seen this one listed yet but:

www.anime-plus.com - They have manga and anime, however you have to: a. sign up, and b. pay a monthly fee for each. Ithink it is $8 for manga and $5 for 5 GBs per month for maintence.

Also there is www.zone-anime.com

Yeah no paysites =P

Unless that money is donated to various fansubbing groups (hahahaha), can't add a site like that to the list.

I wish...but the 5GB download limit would drain really fast....:(

The manga side is the same for $8 but with no limit....then again, that would be a pay site too so it can't be included.

Quick note:

You might want to take crunchyroll off that list. They no longer carry fansubs.

Most of these sites are dead/closed down.

Currently http://phanime.com/ for watching anime online is really good.
