| When I first came across S2 and S3 material, my thought was "Crusch really had to be plot nerfed for the election, huh". In a way, it almost felt like the author is doing it on purpose to negate the fact that Subaru enlisting her help elevates her position in the candidacy. But then I realised what he's going for. The more proactive you are in this world or try to fight against it's darkness, the more exposed you are to it's wrath. The other Royal candidates so far kinda slipped past most of the frontline battles in the current timeline and bring up more of the rearguard action. In this regard, Anastasia is the most careful. OP here can read EX 1, it's a nice little story about Crusch's childhood and how she got acquainted with Felix. It shows how she is a natural leader and is ready to take any danger head on, while being more mature than naive. |
