| Good to see Yuji and Qin join the fight against the spiritual water guard. The arena must be an illusion where they can't escape no matter where they run into. Hou is condensing his powers while the others fight, I'm expecting some sort of power balance fix after he consumes that crystal otherwise it is a waste of time. Hou finally transforms into his wukong spirit fighting against this defender. The defender has a kappa-like appearance and when he runs away Hu Che catches him and kills the kappa guard completing his revenge. A big boss monster dragon turtle appears! I like how this series targets Ancient Chinese mythological beings, some good lore in that particular space. |
