Looking for overpowered and ikemen MC animes

I'm looking for animes where the MC is overpowered and also an ikemen.

All of the ones I've seen so far have either a dumb or child looking MCs.

I also don't want the MC to be beaten up or disrespected by the girls in his squad. He needs to be more like the MC in "Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute" where the girls respect him.

It can be isekai but I don't like non-realistic isekais like "Sword Art Online" where the whole anime takes place inside a game.

Please suggest some good ones.

I highly recommend Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha (The Misfit of Demon King Academy) for all of the listed points.
It's reincarnation but not isekai. Anos has a group of devoted fangirls following him around (I wouldn't call it a harem, they're more like worshippers).

@Vaturna That was a great show. One thing I didn't like is how Anos is like a father figure but I prefer MCs to play a role similar to the one in "Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou" instead where the MC is relatively young with a harem accidentally forming.

If you're open to trying some Chinese donghua then there's:

Mo Dao Zu Shi (Is complete with 3 seasons. First two can be found with a Japanese dub if Mandarin isn't your thing)
Heaven Official's Blessing (By same creator as MDZS ^. Has 2 seasons and both have an English dub if Mandarin isn't your thing)
Xingchen Bian (CGI so looks like game. And this one is only in Mandarin He starts as a kid)
