| Feng Xia is back into the classroom after retreating from the monster. The classroom seems to be a safe space from the monster; Feng Xia speaks with the teacher for pointers and she definitely doesn't disappoint. Feng Xia pulled this massive breakthrough of his sword skill right from his ass and surprised the teacher. Of course the teacher doesn't know that whenever he beats his opponent he'll copy their skills... Now Feng Xia copies the skill to fight the monster thanks to teacher and defeats it with ease thanks to demon girl's spider silk holding the monster in place. The Wuanxu state envoys journey into the valley based on the intel they received from the spy and offer some gifts to Feng Xia in hopes he accepts their next conditions but he doesn't lol and the envoy girl is mad for his response. She really had to flash them both LOL The land that Feng Xia accepted apparently was land surrounded by demon lords of the Xuanwu state and the elders are not happy that they are accepting that land as part of Valley of Autumn sect's property. The motives behind Xuanwu state is revealed after 16 whole ahh episodes. Emperor of Xuanwu wants the inheritance of the Valley of Autumn sect but since the envoys didn't manage to find any trace, he's planning to strike a deal by giving the Valley of Autumn sect to Demon lord to enter his mausoleum? (seems like this mausoleum is a place where he can get stronger) Finally wrapping up the season, the six elders of the sect are consuming skills that MC has refined, the school in the ravine is used as a training ground and demon girl, Lu Chenhai and MC leave to finally begin the journey they were meant to in episode 1 - Find and restore Lu Chenhai's original body. I actually somewhat enjoyed the comedy in this series, it wasn't too overbearing and the story wasn't so bland but it definitely didn't progress as fast as I hoped it would. There are so many characters to remember too. |
