So... I'm kinda lost in the timeline here. The ceasefire is the starting point of the story, yet it happened 50 years earlier? And they kept the Rewriter units active for 50 years after peace was achieved? I know it's a rushed axe ending, but c'mon

I know it's a rushed axe ending, but c'mon Sometimes treaties come with stipulations like a timeline for demilitarization so it could just be the treaty said in 50 years the Re-writers would be disbanded if there weren't any major battles or something like that. The treaty details might have only been a need to know basis so the Re-writers didn't have to know until it was time to disband |
