| I don't recall Mouryou no Hako having incest either, but maybe there's something in the back story? Certainly not a major theme of the story. Usually the show gets criticized for the shoujo-ai relationship that appears in episode one. From Madhouse back in its glory days. Pretty talky. Don't watch unless you're wide awake. |

Pupa is very short with only 4 minutes per episode and is definitely an interesting experience regarding the relationship between the two siblings.
Be warned though, while I personally find it quite artistic, it's one of the worst rated anime on MAL for a reason. It also has a lot of gore.

The only reason it has the incest tag is because Since the subject was only relevant for a few episodes at most, largely unimportant except as a key plot point within the subplot, I wouldn't say this series is an 'incest anime'. Another anime you may want to consider adding: Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei suru. Not much for incest but the main character So there's a small amount of incest that will probably remain throughout the rest of the story (and the series is getting a second season). |
