| There's a difference in chapter numbering, chapter 121 is chapter 125 in the magazine. Not sure what's the cause. Either volume release or maybe cause of the english translation numbering. | Man ngl that was very underwhelming after 10 years. You could tell the mangaka was being pushed to end it because after all that build up, finishing the final fight in two chapters is crazy. We don’t get a wedding or kiss or anything at the end to see how the group is getting on after the big battle? This is one of my biggest issues with long running series ending, it’s so hard to execute that landing, most end up falling flat on their faces because they’ve built up so much over a long period of time and can’t wrap it up. I still loved the first 80 or so chapters and will look back on them fondly. At one point this was as one of my top series, it’s definitely fallen off with how things went at the end, but I’m grateful for the journey and I’ll never forget how hype I was for the big plot twists and emotional moments 😢 just wish it got a better end. |
