| Yes, but no at the same time. Sherlock is Conan in Detective Conan. But Ron is also incredibly clever and wise, I agree with it. |

| I mean... so far I've only watched the first episode so I don't want to judge whether he is a great detective or not (and one of the best in animes?). But he is absolutely no Sherlock Holmes. Because I doubt he'd kill anyone if it isn't avoidable plus he can't be as long as Conan/Shinichi exists because he clearly is the modern day Sherlock Holmes of anime. But even from the first episode Ron has great potential so I'd rather not compare him with any otther character and I feel like he could become his own unique detective. (He almost reminds me of a detective character I once wrote except for his "flaw"). |

| I think moriarty the patriot explores the sherlock narrative much more truer through events, although from Moriarty's perspective. This series has elements of the Sherlock narrative but doesn't really go into it more other than characterisation and tensions between character tropes. |

| @ApocalypSnow There's a Sherlock Holmes in "Code Realize: Guardian of Rebirth" too. So technically they are all Sherlock :D |
