| I'm surprised musician wasn't accepted...I don't really see what's wrong with that. I think no matter what job she picks, the others will find a reason why she wouldn't be good for it. I wonder what happens if they simply don't turn one in... I also wonder if the story of K-ON will keep going into college. |

| this was a fun episode. lots of yui which is always great and the flashbacks we're very funny though a mugi-chan flashback is a must. unfortunately i got that feeling that its all coming to an end soon and that will be sad casue k-on is maybe the funniest anime out there. |

| As a musician, it's incredibly frustrating to see members of a decent band trying to figure out what they want to do when they've got an option so clearly laid out in front of them, and are ignoring it. The thought of just letting it slide into their memories without going anywhere, and going off to lead normal lives, is kind of depressing. I knew they were going to write down "musician" eventually, but I didn't think it would get shot down so quickly. More importantly, haven't they been establishing since episode 1 that playing music is pretty much the only thing Yui is good at (relatively speaking), and that all of them (especially Azusa) love to do the most? Some consistency would be nice, as well as perhaps, for once, one piece of popular fiction that depicts the characters chasing their passion rather than abandoning it under a heap of adult pragmatism. Maybe I should read the manga. |
| In the flashbacks it's like I'm watching Hanamaru Kindergarten here. ROFL NEET! Sawa-chan story on why she become a teacher was cool. All the jobs they thought fit Yui was funny because she didn't fit to any of them. If she was living in real life she would have been a NEET 100 percent. A musician is a great idea... I wonder why Sawa-chan rejected that. Next episode is titled "Finals!". |

| She should become a hairdresser or a dog breeder. Since those are just as random, and being a dog breeder would be similar to being a kindergarten teacher. On that thought, why didn't she consider some kind of teaching certificate or whatever you need to teach small children their ABCs and zoo animals, and then find a school that offers it. ... Takes like 5 seconds if you're using a school search engine unless they don't have those in Japan. |

| It's all cute and fluffy, but isn't it some time for real musical improvement by now? Last time they gave us a teaser for the new song, and what, not even one rehearsal session? Didn't expect anything else from Mugi, going into an all-girls school. Reminded me of another certain character that was 'into girls' who transferred to a private college like that. ;p |

| I've never noticed Nodoka until now, for the most part, lol. Loli Nodoka was cute :) Other than that... meh episode. I know nothing is supposed to happen in K-ON, but at least I wish they could have picked their career options. |

| This episode was surely one of the highlights this season.. Although I where hoping for some information about Mugi... Seems like she's just the kind of character that is simply there to explain the stupid things like why they are having tea parties all the time, or who pays for trips.. More Mugi, please! I kinda know what it feels like having no real goal in life, so... I sympathize with Yui.. Kid-Ritsu was way too cool to be ignored in this post! Don't you think the whole "Turtle"-theme they built up since Ton-chan is so standing for K-ON!s concept? I mean... Always going on, but never achieving anything, yet still being funny? Turtles are slow but cute, like K-ON! =3 |
