A quick question about the “Mixed Media” description for the “Source” field

I don’t really understand what they mean by saying “Mixed Media”. I mean, even if the scriptwriters alongside with the production committee took ideas, parts of the story etc. and then made a hodgepodge out of those, isn’t that already good enough for this show to be considered an “Original” anime, since it has no definite source material (like manga, LN, 4-koma, game, folktale or whatever)?

BTW, it was pretty good.
