For anyone who want to know why shiki escaped the island and her story in light novel

Apparently shiki's plan was to let her daughter escape and killed herself along with the father. But an unexpected error happened that shiki couldn't predict. Her daughter committed suicide by shocking herself with high electricity in the bathroom because she couldn't understand shiki mind. Her daughter seemed to Inherit shiki's outstanding intelligence but not her shiki's mind. In order to revived her daughter she dismembered her daughter's limbs and only look an arm with her to one day shiki can clone her daughter through her daughter's cell. After more than 100 years shiki successfully cloned her daughter with the more advanced technology in the future. Shiki in order to continue surviving she remodel her body and thanks to that her body stop aging.

The world after 100 years is the sequel of subete ga f (s&m series of the author). Shiki daughter after being revived, michiru, is the main charecter in that story. Michiru although was revived from the original michiru's arm she still somewhat inherited some of the memories of the original michiru. Shiki; on the other hand, her where about is still unknown but she sometimes appear here and there and influences the world through the entire series.

The wedding dress you see on michiru corpse was originally for shiki in hope she and her uncle seiji could finally be together in the last moments of their life. So what shiki told shikawa in ep 11 was right in theory and action. She did killed her daughter but not on purpose because her plan drove her daughter to choose death to set herself free. When saikawa asked shiki if she cried after she kill her daughter the answer was a no because she view life different from others. To shiki death in a physical body is just a body stop functioning. As long as she has her daughter cell she can see her again.
