| This would be basically All for One powers from when he fought All Might stacked with additional physical improvement and his reinforced native abilities like precisely controlled area effect of decay. He even said that he wasn't completely awaken so he couldn't properly control his area effect of decay when he was trying to spare the most of nomus in hospital underground. He wasn't even fully properly awaken during his first fight. It's like with those high end nomus. Doctor said they need 10h of waking up to reach their full potential, so for proper complete assimilation of All for One powers it's probably days. Shigaraki basically was fighting like he was in partial sleepwalking. |
